We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as personal preference, size selection errors by the customer, or no longer needing the product.
3. Incorrect or Wrong Product Sent

If we do not send the exact product (design, color, size, fabric, or specification) that you ordered:

You are eligible for a 100% refund.

Proof (images/videos) must be provided within the return window.

The product must be unused and in original condition.

4. Bulk Orders Policy

For bulk or wholesale orders:

Once the sample is approved by the client, no return or refund claim will be accepted.

Exception applies only if the delivered shipment does not match the approved sample.

If the shipment differs from the approved sample in any way, Flexwear Scrubs Ltd will take full responsibility as per resolution (replacement or refund).

5. Conditions for Returns

Items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unworn

In original packaging with tags intact

Any item failing quality checks will be rejected.
6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
