Ship & Returns

At Flexwear Scrubs Ltd, we prioritize product accuracy, quality, and transparency. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 15 days will not be entertained under any circumstances.


2. Change of Mind

  • Change of mind is not applicable.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as personal preference, size selection errors by the customer, or no longer needing the product.


3. Incorrect or Wrong Product Sent

  • If we do not send the exact product (design, color, size, fabric, or specification) that you ordered:

    • You are eligible for a 100% refund.

    • Proof (images/videos) must be provided within the return window.

    • The product must be unused and in original condition.


4. Bulk Orders Policy

  • For bulk or wholesale orders:

    • Once the sample is approved by the client, no return or refund claim will be accepted.

    • Exception applies only if the delivered shipment does not match the approved sample.

    • If the shipment differs from the approved sample in any way, Flexwear Scrubs Ltd will take full responsibility as per resolution (replacement or refund).


5. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

    • In original packaging with tags intact

  • Any item failing quality checks will be rejected.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.


7. Final Authority

  • Flexwear Scrubs Ltd reserves the right to:

    • Inspect returned items before approval

    • Reject claims that do not meet policy criteria
